BREAKING NEWS: News10 reports that the NBA Board of Governors has voted down the relocation of the Kings to Seattle. The vote was 22 to 8.

Commissioner David Stern stated at the press conference that he will help to faciliate the transferring of the ownership of the Maloofs to the Sacramento Group with Vivek Ranadivé in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Beginning in November, San Joaquin County Parks and Recreation and the California State Dept. of Fish and Game will plant over 7,700 lbs. of Rainbow Trout during the fishing season at Oak Grove Regional Park.

The first plant will coincide with the 28th Annual Trout Bout, sponsored by Duraflame and set for Sat., Nov. 17 at Oak Grove. Approximately 2,700 lbs. of Trout will be planted prior to the derby.

There is no registration fee for the event, however, a $5 fishing permit fee and valid CA. fishing license are required for those sixteen (16) years of age or over. A $6 vehicle-parking fee will also apply. All State Fish and Game laws apply. Participants must supply their own fishing equipment.
