Lorikeets return to Micke Grove Zoo April 30
LODI - Lorikeets!, a popular interactive exhibit of over 50 colorful parrots has returned to Micke Grove Zoo and will debut on Saturday, April 30. At the zoo, visitors can purchase a small cup of lorikeet "nectar", a specialized diet, then feed the inquisitive and gregarious birds.

Lorikeets comprise over 50 unique species, eight of which are represented in the Micke Grove Zoo exhibit. The birds will remain at the zoo through September when they will return to their winter home in Florida. This is the third year that Lorikeets!
